• Wallet Credit: The amount paid will be credited to your Chemex Academy wallet balance, which can be used for future purchases.
• Course/Class Enrollment: You may use the credited amount to enroll in the relevant course or class that you intended to purchase.

2. No Guarantees for Mistaken Payments

We do not guarantee refunds for payments made by mistake. Please ensure that all payment details are correct before completing a transaction. Chemex Academy is not responsible for errors in payment processing due to incorrect input or misunderstanding.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

4. Eligibility for Wallet Credit

To request a wallet credit for a refund:
